REQUIREMENT OF CANDIDATES

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record in a business marketing, market development, or similar executive role.
• Good strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing software and content creation tools, including Instagram and CapCut.
• Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
