Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Marketing Manager to join our team in the Kodak Alaris business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, channel programs and campaigns for sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the document imaging market (product and channel program), strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in channel program management and demand generation campaigns in the B2B market.
• Proven experience in product marketing management
• Proven track record of successful product launches and sales enablement programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and messaging.
• Experience in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for specific customer segments.
• Knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.
• Comfort and experience using AI-based tools to enhance productivity and insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Product/business/channel marketing management roles
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Experience in the Scanning, Printing or IDP industry
• Management Experience: Experience in managing marketing teams and projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: $107,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage channel programs to ensure they align with business priorities and product changes.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
• Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
• Lead and manage the team of Demand Generation Marketing and Channel Marketing roles.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including launch strategies, key messaging, and promotional timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment of positioning and customer targeting.
• Training and Certification: Organize and manage training programs for channel partners and customers.
• Craft clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions based on deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
