We are currently seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team for a 3-month internship.

POSITION SUMMARY

This internship offers students or recent graduates valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and communications within the HR and staffing industry. The Marketing Intern will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract job seekers and promote our services to potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an asset
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Interest in recruitment or the HR industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management, communication, and networking skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency

• Create and post engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist in writing and promoting job postings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, email templates, and banners
• Support updates to the company website and blog content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other tools
• Help maintain and grow email marketing lists
• Assist with employer branding and virtual hiring campaigns
• Collaborate with recruiters to share success stories and testimonials
• Send daily activity reports as per company format
• Help organize marketing events sponsored by AriseTalent Hub
• Identify trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and opportunities to pitch solutions to key stakeholders
