The Business Manager for the Adult & Pediatric Primary Care site will oversee the overall non-clinical, day-to-day operations, including evening and weekend coverage as needed. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and coordinating the administrative functions, programs, and activities of the Ambulatory Health Network. The Business Manager ensures smooth operational workflows and supports high-quality patient care by aligning departmental activities with the network’s objectives. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, resource allocation, process improvement, and maintaining operational efficiency across the site.
