This role serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff and will provide coverage for the Business Office Manager as needed. Responsibilities Assist with daily business office operations and administrative functions Provide coverage for the Business Office Manager during absences Support billing and collections processes Supervise and support front desk reception staff Collaborate with facility leadership and corporate teams to resolve billing and payer issues Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Business Office Manager experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid application processes and submissions preferred Experience with insurance verification and payer eligibility reviews preferred Strong organizational and time management skills preferred Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask preferred Strong communication and customer service skills preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare billing systems preferred Why Nexus Health?
