Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist with daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and data entry
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents
- Support staff with various administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Aid in proofreading documents for accuracy

Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills for ensuring accuracy in written communications
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus
