What you'll do Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain clean documentation and audit-ready files. Own month-end close tasks and deliver clear, timely reports to leadership. Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork in alignment with policy and compliance. Serve as a community business partner-communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed. Requirements You bring 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles; strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.
