Ignite Medical Resorts is in search of a Business Office Manager in Skilled Nursing Facility to join our team. We are committed to providing kind, competent and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff. Will report to the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and is an integral part of the core management team.

HOURS: FULL TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY; FLEXIBLE HOURS

Main responsibilities include:

  • Participating in and contributing to the facility leadership meetings and processes.
  • Following company policies and procedures to produce accurate revenue.
  • Billing and follow up to ensure timely collections - Private payers.
  • Ensuring adherence to all related federal and state rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone with experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. The following list of responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing critical deadlines and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, HMOs and Hospice
  • Knowledge of verifying payor sources
  • The ability to work across departments to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of state and federal nursing home guidelines
  • Track facility census information, send census on daily basis.
  • Admission Contract completion
  • Prepare and scan deposits and enter data into Point Click Care
  • Complete census, payer builds and payer verification in PCC
  • Review resident accounts and aging reports on ongoing basis.
