Position Summary The Business Office Manager is a special person. This professional is a subject matter expert on Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance billing. Posted Salary Range USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Take the lead on billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, co-insurance, and managed care billing for the facility. Take primary responsibility for cash collections and A/R goals of the facility. Work very closely with the Central Billing Office for the region on all billing issues and follow up necessary. Responsibilities

Lead the billing and follow-up processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance to meet facility cash collection and A/R goals. Collaborate closely with the Central Billing Office to resolve billing issues and communicate financial matters to patients and families.
