Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless functioning of all facilities and services to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans and budgets to optimize property performance and achieve financial objectives.
• Manage all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing and onboarding to issue resolution and lease renewals, fostering positive and long-term relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of property staff, including maintenance, leasing, and administrative personnel, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes, mitigating risks and maintaining the safety and security of the properties.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution to preserve asset value.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for services and supplies while upholding quality standards.
• Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans, safeguarding tenants and property assets in critical situations.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports on key performance indicators, identifying trends and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
