Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the daily operations and workflow of the medical center.
• Supervise and follow up with Clinic Coordinators to ensure tasks are completed accurately and
• on time.
• Monitor pending cases, operational issues, staff concerns, and follow-ups across the clinic.
• Identify any issues that may affect the smooth flow of operations and take appropriate action to
• resolve them.
• Handle operational cases and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely
• solutions.
• Escalate important or unresolved issues to the General Manager with clear updates and
• recommended solutions.
•
