Job Description Please note that this role needs presence in Debrecen weekly. Supporting the Vice President of an organization of 1200+ employees, collaborating strongly with the management team of the division and leading the Business Operations team. Our organization - the Telecommunications Division - is diverse and includes many business units of strategical importance within Deutsche Telekom. Main job tasks and responsibilities Transforming detailed business information into simple and clear business target Compiling information for decision-making, elaborating proposals for solution Supervising/tracking/implementing business tasks delegated by VP Contribution in the preparation and execution of the strategic plans Organizing/executing /tracking assigned business projects Close collaboration with the Stakeholders Abstracting and transforming information to create well-designed presentation materials for different target audiences Close interaction with related supporting areas; e.g. FC, HR Documenting processes, monitoring progress and preparing status reports Drive business operations through process optimization, consolidation, and reporting Leadership role: People management responsibilities for the Business Operations team Qualifications Min. 3 years of experience in business support and steering / managerial role; ideally in an international matrix organization Several years of leadership experience Strong in performance data consolidation and analysis Technological and/or portfolio knowledge is an advantage Languages: C level in English (must); German is a strong advantage Proficient in reporting tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Strong with numbers and quick to grasp complex topics High level of communication skills; able to present insights clearly and adapt to different audiences Strong interpersonal skills Proactive Mindset: entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and able to drive projects independently Very quick understanding of business' needs with capability of fast implementation of sudden changes Willingness to travel (within Hungary) Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
