Business Operation Specialist Company: Boeing Shanghai Aviat.T&FS Co Job Description: Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is seeking a highly-motivated and organized individual with strong English and Mandarin language abilities to join the team in Shanghai. This position requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying operational improvements, and ensuring integrated and consistent service delivery to our business partners. Position Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate Boeing Shanghai Corporate Office. Ensure safe, secure and compliant office operations. Deliver BGES and functional services. Build trusted partnership with functional partners and relationship with business partners. Provide advice and/or integrated solutions on service delivery issues or concerns. Improve processes using the Boeing Problem Solving Model. Manage projects with discipline and structure. Infrastructure projects (real estate). Operational projects (kaizen, business process change, others). Analyze the daily business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement optimization plans. Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, generate reports for leadership review. Collaborate with HR team for employee support . Liaise with HR and act as the office focal for employee support, including but not limited to 1) Back up focal for employee check-in and check-out process and documentation coordination; 2) Assigned by HR as the focal to submit Shanghai Hukou-related documents to local authorities on site for employees who have such needs; 3)Protect HSPII data and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records onsite if any; 4)Any ad hoc people related issues. Process PRFs to settle payments about employee benefits with employee program related suppliers. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of business operations or related experience in MNC. Intermediate English language skills (read, written and spoken). Intermediate computing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree. Methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member. Self-starter with a positive and proactive working attitude, high ethics and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment. Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in China. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in China. Benefits and pay are determined by China and are not on the Boeing US payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
