DESCRIPTION:

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for developing and managing complex performance and financial models to monitor, report, and support decision making for education programs across the health system. The analyst will leverage their expertise in data management and analytics to develop program dashboards, track project progress, and prepare monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly support our strategic goal of attracting, educating, and retaining exceptional talent for the communities served by Baptist Health. Estimated salary range for this position is $57630.42 - $74919.55 / year depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degrees:

  • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Master‘s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, to include data analysis, project management, and reporting.
  • Superior skills in data management tools including Excel and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with project management software (MS Project) a plus.
