Description
AMODA Short Introduction At Amoda, we don’t just build spaces—we build better ways to live, work, and create. As Indonesia’s leading modular construction platform, we're on a mission to make construction smarter, more sustainable, and more human. Every day, our team collaborates to push boundaries and reimagine what's possible in the built world. If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter and your work makes a real difference, come shape the future with us at Amoda. About the Role We are looking for more than just a number cruncher. We are seeking a Business & Operations Analyst with a builder’s mindset to join AMODA. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. While you will own the dashboards and metrics, your value lies in what you do with them. You will be responsible for spotting inefficiencies in our prefabrication and business processes and taking the initiative to solve them. You won't just report to the CEO Office that "margins are down" or "timelines are slipping", you will come to the table with a root-cause diagnosis and a concrete plan to optimize them. Job Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (OKRs, Financials, Operational KPIs) to support high-level decision-making. Develop and maintain automated dashboards (Looker, Retool) that provide real-time visibility into business health. Proactive Problem Solving & Execution Identify & Initiate: Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or revenue leakages within the business processes without waiting for instructions. Solve & Implement: Go beyond analysis by designing solutions (SOP updates, system automations, or workflow changes) and taking ownership of implementing them across cross-functional teams. Project Management: Lead ad-hoc strategic projects from the CEO Office, ensuring initiatives move from "idea" to "done" effectively. Continuous Improvement Conduct deep-dive research into market trends or internal data to uncover new growth opportunities or cost-saving measures. Act as a bridge between the CEO Office and operational teams, ensuring that strategic goals are clearly translated into daily execution. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Management, Systems Information, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a CEO Office role where you can demonstrate instances of end-to-end problem solving (not just reporting). Mindset & Soft Skills Bias for Action: You don't just stare at a problem; you feel an urge to fix it. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and acting with autonomy. Critical Thinking: Ability to look at a data point and ask "Why?" five times until you find the root cause. Strong Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data simply in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Technical Skills Data & Automation: Strong proficiency in Google & Lark Workspace and SQL is required. Builder Tools: Familiarity with JavaScript or low-code tools (e.g., Retool, AppScript) is highly preferred, as we value the ability to build your own tools to solve operational problems. Visualization: Experience with Looker Data Studio or Tableau. Get to Know Us At AMODA, you’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to driving innovation and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the strategic direction of the company, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our business. If you’re passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful decisions and optimizing operations, we’d love to hear from you! Ready to build something meaningful? Apply now and let’s shape the future together at Amoda.
