Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of HUB International’s National Employee Benefits and Retirement Team, the Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in advancing data integrity, business intelligence, and strategic reporting across Canada. This position supports regional teams by enhancing CRM and system usage, identifying and resolving data gaps, and developing Power BI dashboards to surface actionable insights. By ensuring clean, reliable data and enabling consistent reporting, this role empowers leadership with key metrics on client retention, licensing compliance, and tool adoption, ultimately driving growth, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct data gap analyses and provide regional reporting on data integrity issues.
  • Support regional teams in optimizing use of CRM and client database systems to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and eliminate data gaps across systems such as CORE, EPIC, and HART.
  • Manage and ingest insurer data sets into internal systems as needed.
  • Analyze and leverage data to deliver key insights to business leadership, including:
  • Client retention and lost business trends
  • Licensing compliance monitoring
  • Tool and system adoption metrics across the organization
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve
