The Business Systems Analyst – Workflow Processes serves as a critical liaison between Regulatory Compliance, Product Management, Operations, and Quality Assurance. This role transforms regulatory and accreditation requirements into actionable workflow specifications that guide end‑to‑end clinical and operational processes across multiple platforms. The Analyst ensures workflow integrity, audit readiness, and user adoption by aligning system functionality with regulatory specifications, accreditation standards, operational needs, and product capabilities. Additionally, this position develops training materials, desk‑level references, and reporting tools that support accurate execution and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities   Regulatory Workflow Design & Optimization * Analyze, develop, and optimize end‑to‑end workflows across multiple operational and clinical platforms, ensuring alignment with regulatory, accreditation, and internal policy requirements. * Translate regulatory and URAC specifications into structured workflow specifications that drive consistent, compliant execution across all user groups.   Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Bridging * Serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Product, Regulatory Compliance, Clinical teams, and Quality Assurance to unify understanding of system workflows and underlying regulatory drivers. * Bridge knowledge gaps between daily platform users and the regulatory framework that governs their work by embedding regulatory checkpoints, compliance guidance, and in‑platform support tools. * Design and deliver targeted training sessions, job aids, tool‑tips, and desk references that reinforce workflow accuracy and reduce compliance vulnerabilities.   Requirements Gathering & Documentation * Collects and translate business and regulatory specifications into detailed process maps, workflow specifications, and user stories tailored to the organization’s platforms. * Document current and future state workflows with clarity to support system enhancements, implementation activities, and cross-business and departmental alignment.   Testing, Validation, & Quality Assurance * Lead functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting for workflow enhancements, platform updates, and compliance‑driven changes. * Ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness of all workflow components, maintaining strict documentation standards. Analytics, Reporting & Metrics Development * Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using SQL and reporting tools to monitor key compliance metrics, workflow adherence, and operational performance. * Provide insights and trend analysis to support regulatory reporting, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.   Training, Support & Subject‑Matter Expertise * Create comprehensive training materials and serve as the subject‑matter expert on compliance related platform functionality, workflow impacts, and regulatory expectations. * Provide ongoing support to operational and clinical staff, reinforcing correct workflow guidance and ensuring consistent interpretation of workflow requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications   Technical & Analytical Skills * Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data sets related to workflow performance and compliance indicators. * Demonstrated ability to understand complex application architecture, data flows, and platform constraints within clinical and operational environments. * Experience writing clear process specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.   Business & Regulatory Competencies * Strong process‑oriented mindset with the ability to link operational activities to regulatory and accreditation requirements. * Experience in a regulated environment (healthcare knowledge preferred), with familiarity in compliance frameworks and audit preparation. * Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and translate regulatory specifications into operationalized workflows. * Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems  * Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, workflow design, regulatory operations, or a related field. * 5+ years of hands-on experience working with workflow specifications, SQL‑based data analysis, and multi‑platform process design. * Strong English Fluency
