KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role of 3-5 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and business intelligence software, like Tableau and Anaplan
  • Fluent in English written and verbal
Responsibilities

THE TEAM AND ROLE:

As a Business Operations Analyst your primary responsibility is to optimize and streamline the operational efficiency of the sales organization. This role involves a combination of data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning to ensure smooth business operations.
You will collaborate with various departments, analyze key performance indicators, and implement solutions to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.
You will be part of a multinational team, who live daily with the dynamic pace of innovation, technology and product design.
The primary business partners are the B2C Lead Team, Cluster Leads, Account Managers and Finance.
From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with the European Business Operations and Go-To-Market Team.
From a commercial standpoint, you will work on sales projections, actual tracking and provide guidance in line with the evolving realities of the B2C market.

  • Document and communicate operational procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
