JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our operations through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. This role will focus on rebate management and protesting, chargeback analysis, and sales performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial and sales data, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a sales or finance environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of rebate and chargeback processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (ERP, CRM, sales platforms).
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, sales trends, and operational performance.
• Identify data anomalies and provide actionable insights to improve business processes.
  Rebate Management & Protesting
• Review and validate rebate claims submitted by customers and partners.
• Analyze rebate agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Prepare and submit rebate protests with supporting documentation and analysis.
