JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Operations Analyst will manage, improve and optimize our sales processes and systems to support our fast-growing environment. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer to design, implement, and support business processes and related financial systems. The analyst will also be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong analytical mindset and inherent curiosity around business processes and systems
  • Comfort with NetSuite and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
  • Strong comfort with SQL and table architecture to drive business intelligence.
  • Understanding market segmentation and ability to help develop sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze reports and work with large data sets; knowledge of applications of AI in business processes.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using, managing, and integrating CRM and related tools to deliver robust analysis. Strong analytical experience to support data driven decision making.
  • 5+ years of sales operations, account management, or product management experience.
  • Minimum of BA/BS degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • NetSuite accounting software preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leadership to provide analytical support, improving sales processes, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of data
  • Develop and maintain business analytics reports and dashboards, driving data driven culture and analysis of productivity and performance
  • Track key metrics such as across the business and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of accurate forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
  • Play key role in supporting go-to-market strategy with robust product, property, market, and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain and update company CRM system, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
  • Investigate, recommend, and incorporate relevant external and internal data sources to support business initiatives.
  • Design and implement sales process improvements including pricing/quoting tools, contract management systems, and RFP repositories.
  • Support business teams by performing operational tasks such as creating renewal quotes with a goal of automating and streamlining repetitive work.
  • Analyze data to provide insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of our sales processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
