Job Title: Operations Analyst – Cardlink Creator
Department: Contract, BIN, and Records Management
Reports To: Data Management Manager

SUMMARY:
The Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for creating install and maintenance change requests via a proprietary software application for the company’s ATMs. They ensure accurate data is utilized, appropriate departments receive and process requests according to contractual requirements and each step of the ATM install and maintenance process is completed within the given deadlines. The Operations Analyst coordinates with Service Account Managers to fulfill customer requests and works daily with other internal partners, such as IT. Candidates must be able to understand the end-to-end ATM install and maintenance processes including how systems interface for successful setup of new ATMs.
