Own the design and implementation of dashboards that consolidate critical information from multiple data sources (e.g., grant tracking, headcount, budget, project milestones) Drive the strategy planning processes by aligning operational metrics with TPG's long-term goals and business plan Be responsible for performance-to-plan tracking for grant allocations, and budget oversight Deliver executive-level reporting and insights for quarterly and annual business reviews Collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budget alignment Influence cross-functional teams to adopt data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices Mentor analysts and contribute to talent development within the TPG Business Operations team Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of proven experience in business operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and present findings to executive stakeholders
