Responsibilities The Business Operations and Leadership Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s Summer Internship Program. Join the IDEMIA team to work on real-world projects in collaboration with key business leaders across the company. You will be empowered to build a community, explore your passion, and achieve your goals. It is a chance to work on problem sets across our North American teams and clients where you can see your ideas come to life. In this role, interns will be assigned to work within the Business Reporting & Planning team at IDEMIA to use their skills and experience garnered in the classroom on a wide variety of strategic and transformative projects aimed at developing successful business strategies and execution plans. A successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional organizational and communication skills, problem-solving skill set, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Take on operational leadership of a project/outcome Drives project initiation by prioritizing tasks, proactively removing risks, and creating work breakdown structures. Collaborate with IDEMIA subject matter experts tounderstand challenges and constraints and can recommend business decisions and operational plans. Design and document projects and workflow to ensure operational effectiveness Navigate the industry, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and improving how the business functions Meet regularly with your department manager and internship mentor to receive personalized coaching and mentorship Qualifications Position Requirements: You are a rising junior, senior, master’s student, or recent undergraduate/graduate in a business related major Must be authorized to work in the US Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Organized with excellent time management skills Robust communication (written and verbal), collaboration, & problem-solving skills Drive and eagerness to learn Creative professional, empowered to bring bold ideas forward Passion for problem solving 3.0 GPA or higher Preferred Qualifications: Competency or interest in the security and identity management space Passionate about creating better customer experience and system efficiencies Interest in or Experience with MS Excel, PowerQuery, SQL, Data Visualization Important Dates: Start Date: May 18, 2026 End Date: Aug 7, 2026 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office. The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
