PureView Health Center has career opportunities for a Part-time, (with flexibility) Business Operations Assistant. This opportunity, located in Helena, Montana is within the Administrative department and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a college degree plus 5 years general business experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provides organizational support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Supports executive team on projects, process improvements, policy development, special assignments and projects.
  • Connects work streams and processes to maximize efficiency in the organization.
  • Assists in strategic planning, setting performance measures and performance management.
  • Assists in building relationships crucial to the success of the organization.
  • Manages a variety of special projects for the Board, which have an organizational impact.
  • Reviews marketing materials for accuracy, format, compliance and internal consistency; coordinates outreach and marketing initiatives.
  • Provides technical assistance in preparation of grant applications and reports.
  • Assists in preparing reports for funders, manages nonprofit foundation creation, nonprofit board activities, and communications.
  • Coordinates monthly provider Peer Review reports.
  • Prepares reports as assigned.
  • Assists in developing policies and procedures and policies for Board approval.
  • Ensures the Board of Directors completes requirements related to federal grants.
  • Coordinates information requests from the public and media.
  • Relays directives, instructions and assignments to leadership.
  • Assists in preparing for site visits from various regulating and granting agencies.
  • Assists in preparing for and maintaining Patient Centered Medical Home recognition.
