Job Title: Wiggly Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Mainly remote, with some travel to Gloucester and Cheltenham for in-person meetings
Contract: 9-month fixed term initially, with potential for onward renewal subject to funding
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 FTE depending on experience
Hours: 20-24 hours a week worked flexibly across the week

You will be the front door for all of Wiggly’s activity – acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, keeping our workshops and courses running smoothly, and coordinating a team of volunteers. You’ll manage enrolments, support marketing, gather impact stories, and help keep our systems and communications organised. This role would suit someone who’s proactive, approachable, and excited about using their organisational skills to help make a real difference.
