We are seeking a highly adaptable and dynamic Program Manager Operations Support Associate to join our team. This position is critical in ensuring the seamless onboarding and integration of new sources into our CRM system and operational workflows. Acting as a vital link between the sales team and operations, this role shepherds sources through the approval process, facilitates cross-departmental communication, and ensures programs are effectively supported throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate excels at communication, organization, and managing multiple priorities, with a strong understanding of business systems and equipment leasing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role is integral to successful onboarding of sources and continuing operational support for our partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Two to five years equipment finance or lending experience preferred.
· High energy and adaptability, thriving in dynamic and evolving settings.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-departmental collaboration.
· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
· Experience in operational workflows, process improvement, and program management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
