JOB SUMMARY
Now hiring a Customer Service Call Center Representative for our Marketing Business Operations Team at our beautiful Anaheim Resort!
The main responsibility of a Marketing Business Operations Coordinator is to (but not limited) to assist field marketing teams and vendors with the proper booking and scheduling of tours. The Agent will serves as a gatekeeper, ensuring that only properly qualified tours are scheduled and sent to the appropriate sales stores. Must be able to handle multiple projects and work with teams across the region. Accuracy is essential.
