We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. This is a critical role that supports our sales and production teams, acting as the central hub for information and coordination. You’ll be the person who ensures the gears of the business are turning smoothly, translating sales wins into actionable project plans and keeping everyone on the same page. While the core of this job involves working with data and administrative tasks, your innate curiosity and drive for efficiency will allow you to make a significant impact on how we operate.
This position is a reactive role, requiring someone who can quickly pivot and problem-solve. You’ll work closely with sales team members, providing them with the support they need to close deals and transition projects smoothly.
