Responsibilities
  • Represent the Wyndham Destinations brand by maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
  • Greet, check-in and assign guests to Sales Representatives for Club Wyndham’s resort tour presentation
  • Determine tour guest eligibility, including but not limited to: proper gift offers, scheduling appropriate tour times, qualifications to tour, etc.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash
  • Accurate data entry, including but not limited to Salesforce, tracking spreadsheet documentation/reports, validate premium and cash reports
  • Maintain proper inventory of bank and cash reports
  • Handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner
  • Answer calls and guest questions in a calm professional manner
  • Track personal progress and goals to improve knowledge of business and self-motivation
  • May include preparation of timeshare sales contracts and balancing cash and deposits for contracts department.
  • Partners and provides information for Sales and/or Marketing Department as necessary.
  • Preparation and maintenance of legal documents.
  • General office work and other duties as assigned.
