JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support daily operations, including order management, logistics coordination, and customer service escalation handling.
• Step in during team absences to ensure continuity across order fulfilment, customer support, and retail operations.
• Assist with special projects such as bulk orders, showroom events, campaign launches, or workflow improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams in Malaysia and the Philippines.
• Contribute to retail operations, including managing stock, coordinating part-timers, or assisting at events as needed.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or general administration (or a fresh grad with strong internships and a can-do attitude)
• Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn — you’re comfortable juggling multiple hats and figuring things out
