Responsibilities Assist and help in-depth internal and external research to understand Luxehouze’s business objectives and develop high-level strategic initiatives Assist in data analysis and report preparation to support decision-making and performance monitoring Perform administrative tasks to support relevant stakeholders and enhance operational efficiency Requirements Final Year Students, or Recent Graduates majoring in Business, Management, Economics, or related field Has previous internship experience will be a good plus Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) only if needed. Proficient in Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc) Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data Proficient in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking) Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively
