ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Manager at Alaan you will play a key role in driving strategy, owning critical projects, and supporting company growth. This role will expose you to various aspects of the business, including Operations, Customers, Partners, Revenue, and Strategy. It will require ownership, fast growth, and hands-on execution. No two days will be the same - this role will help you build a comprehensive business skill set, equipping you to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges and drive meaningful impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with goals, and measurable impact
• Engage with Ops, Tech, Product, Sales and external partners to gather requirements, allocate resources, and manage timelines
• Work directly with Leadership, and have constant exposure to the future of Alaan, by refining long-term strategies and tracking key initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to optimize Operations
• Evaluate operational datasets and generate insights for continuous improvement and profitability
• Anticipate challenges and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects and processes on track
• Manage and optimize business tracking tools to monitor performance and scale operations effectively.
