About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a data driven Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This individual will be a go-to-business partner for our executives and sales teams in Japan and will be responsible for delivering data led, actionable insights that result in: Effective annual “go to market” planning (Plan the Business) Trends, insights and actions for “in quarter execution” of the sales plan (Run the Business) and Identifying processes, systems or organizational improvements and then planning and implementing these changes, often with cross functional and global teams (Change/Improve the Business) working with Japan leadership and Global teams to identify, prioritize and implement key programs (and “end to end” processes) that result in the localization of GTM strategies and the attainment of growth goals This is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly. What You’ll Do: Help build and execute CrowdStrike’s Sales strategies in the Japan with: Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities to drive growth Facilitate Sales Forecasting activities in partnership with the Sales leadership team Hold Sales accountable to follow CrowdStrike’s Opportunity Management Operating Principles and Salesforce Hygiene requirements Customer & transactional data management, organization & hygiene Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting and presentations as required by business stakeholders Provide leadership with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan (where to focus and why, progress metrics and reporting) Drive effective onboarding and training of Operational Tools & Processes for sales reps Partner with Revenue Optimization team to drive deal effectiveness, revenue optimization and execute CrowdStrike polices with cross-functional alignment with CPQ, Deal Desk, Finance, Renewals, Commissions, HR and Legal teams.
