We are a fast-growing luxury resale brand, specialising in pre-loved bags and accessories. We are seeking a Freelance Business & Operations Manager to support our daily operations, oversee finances, and explore new growth opportunities as we scale.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience in operations, business management, or a similar freelance/consulting role.
• Strong organisational and financial record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of basic finance, bookkeeping, and working with accountants.
• Business development experience (luxury, fashion, or e-commerce preferred).
• Confident communicator with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with TikTok/social commerce and content marketing is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a flexible freelance role for a commercially minded and highly organised professional. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, liaising with accountants, maintaining financial records, and identifying opportunities for growth and investment. You’ll also oversee aspects of our live commerce and social media activity, ensuring smooth operations across sales and marketing.
