The Business Operations Manager (BOM) leads the Business Support Team (BSO) to deliver efficient, compliant, and client-focused operational support across Home Care services. This role ensures smooth execution of administrative processes, financial controls, and provider compliance, while driving continuous improvement aligned with HammondCare’s Next Chapter strategy. Primary location of role is North Sydney region, however multiple locations available at any office in North NSW. Work From Home flexibility available in this Hybrid role. Essence of the role: Experience using Care Hub and Coupa is highly desirable Lead and develop Business Support Team Implement workforce planning, succession strategies, and capability development for BSOs Oversee invoicing, timesheet approvals, Care Hub cases Monitor budgets and partner with Procurement to ensuire compliance Act as key liason with client Care, Delivery, Allied Health, Clinical teams and Partner Services. Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce Care Hub, Coupa backlog and invoice delays About You Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action. Experience in managing or supporting teams in Aged Care, Home Care or similar care industries Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with or the ability to learn aged care compliance requirements, including privacy, documentation, and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to show initiative, problem-solving, and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Empathy, patience, and a service-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
