The Nepean Blue Mountains Health District offers a wide range of Medical Imaging (Radiology), Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Medical Therapy procedures through our various facilities/services with a goal to help diagnose, assess, and treat patient’s injury or disease.
Nepean Hospital are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Medical Imaging Department.
This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, enhancing patient and staff experience, ensuring compliance and supporting the growth and development of our imaging services. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for efficient, effective and sustainable operations of the Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine/PET Service.
The role provides Leadership, Direction and Management for Administrative, Contracts, Financial and Information Management functions across the service. The Business Operations Manager works collaboratively as a member of the Management Team to support the Executive Leadership Team to achieve performance targets and KPIs and contribute to a high performance and customer service-oriented culture. You will have a lead role in managing significant external and internal stakeholder relationships to support delivery of high quality, sustainable clinical services.
