Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Belgravia Leisure is the proud council partner to the City of Moreton Bay Regional Council. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, people focused Business Operations Manager (BOM) to lead a team of venue managers of 11 aquatic and leisure facilities and one sports stadium located North of Brisbane in the Moreton Bay Region.
This role will be directly reporting to the General Manager of Operations and is designed to provide leadership and guidance as you oversee the management of a group of facilities to achieve or exceed agreed results.
In this essential leadership role, you’ll drive financial and strategic operational plans, maintain high-value relationships, and identify growth opportunities. This role calls for a highly motivated professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a demonstrated history of achieving financial and operational success.
