EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in business operations, office management, or administrative roles.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes including payroll, invoicing, and credit control
  • Experience supporting senior executives with diary and travel coordination
  • Comfortable using CRMs, reporting tools, and maintaining audit/compliance standards (ISO familiarity a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience coordinating HR processes and liaising with external HR teams
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Business Operations Manager to support the senior team while keeping the day-to-day running like clockwork.
This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll collaborate with our Accounts Team on payroll, invoicing, and credit control, liaise with suppliers, manage financial admin, and oversee office operations — from diary management and ordering supplies to travel booking and team coordination.
You’ll also support ISO compliance and audit readiness, and turn CRM data into clear reports and insights for the leadership team. You’ll work closely with sales and project teams too, so no two days will ever be the same.
