ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Business Operations Manager to support the senior team while keeping the day-to-day running like clockwork.
This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business. You’ll collaborate with our Accounts Team on payroll, invoicing, and credit control, liaise with suppliers, manage financial admin, and oversee office operations — from diary management and ordering supplies to travel booking and team coordination.
You’ll also support ISO compliance and audit readiness, and turn CRM data into clear reports and insights for the leadership team. You’ll work closely with sales and project teams too, so no two days will ever be the same.
