We're looking for a Business Operations Manager who thrives on making things work better - someone who can step into a complex, cross-functional challenge, bring the right people together, and make it happen. You'll have a real impact on how we operate and grow. This is a build role. You won't be inheriting a playbook - you'll be writing it. From efficiency programs to OKRs, project management, and roadmaps, you'll help define how this company runs day to day. What you'll do: Lead complex, cross-company projects end-to-end - connecting the dots and driving them to completion Spot inefficiencies and design smarter ways of working, with AI at the center Build and manage OKR frameworks and roadmaps that keep teams aligned and moving Be the person who makes sure things don't fall through the cracks Partner with leadership on operational strategy and bring structure to ambiguity Requirements 7+ years in business operations or a similar role Experience building efficiency programs in an AI-first environment Strong project management skills across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Hands-on experience with OKRs and roadmap planning AI native - you use AI tools naturally to work faster and smarter High ownership - you take a problem and run with it A collaborator who can work across all levels and make things happen Nice to have null
