Responsibilities:
- Operational Execution & Management: Oversee and execute operational strategies to optimize efficiency across various company functions. Ensure seamless execution of business processes.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Efficiently organize meetings, appointments, and schedules to optimize the executive team’s time.
- Email & Communication Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the team, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Administrative Support & Coordination: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks such as credit card management, tracking expenses, and other operational duties as required.
- Task Prioritization & Project Coordination: Assist in managing ongoing projects, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, ensuring alignment and execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Take initiative to identify and resolve operational challenges independently, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
