Description

PC Land is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our day-to-day business functions. This is a hands-on role and will be responsible for managing finance, HR, property insight, and administration as the company grows. The right candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats to keep operations running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing operations in a small business environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, AP/AR (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently supporting all functions.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and/or property management.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salt Lake City, UT 8410
Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks.
  • Support tax filings and coordinate with external CPA.
  • Handle employee onboarding, i9 verification, and HR compliance.
  • Maintain HR files, administer benefits, and support policy development.
  • Review, track, and maintain contracts with vendors, tenants, and service providers.
  • Oversee company-owned and rented property upkeep.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance services.
  • Develop and maintain office systems, records, and compliance documents.
  • Track licenses, permits, insurance renewals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and build scalable processes.
  • Provide direct administrative support to ownership.
