In one sentence This role is accountable for establishing and sustaining a unified governance framework across all IT initiatives. It serves as a cornerstone in defining and embedding standardized project management practices that promote transparency, alignment, and delivery excellence across the division. By combining governance rigor, analytical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration, the role ensures informed decision-making and effective execution at scale. It also oversees selected business operations processes, ensuring cadence, performance tracking, and data-driven reviews that strengthen execution discipline and operational control across IT units. What will your job look like?  Establish and maintain the IT governance framework and project management methodology.  Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports that provide management with real-time visibility of project health, timelines, and risks.  Lead the implementation of governance processes and workflows within Monday.com, ensuring consistent adoption and accurate reflection of project status across IT units.  Collaborate with IT units to drive adoption, ensure compliance, and promote continuous improvement.  Identify cross-unit trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.  Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, supporting data-driven decisions and operational excellence. All you need is...  4–6 years of experience in IT program management, PMO governance, or business operations.  Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).  Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.  strong technological orientation and hands-on approach – a must.  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.  Experience in large-scale IT or technology-driven environments – an advantage.  Proven experience in implementing or maintaining processes in Monday.com – an advantage Why you will love this job: Be a doer and trusted advisor across teams to ensure the business is achieving goals on a strategic level.
