This role maintains and enhances our reporting frameworks while proactively identifying opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency and decision-making for our leadership team.Working closely with the Operational Delivery Leadership Team, you'll monitor and report on key metrics including resourcing, budgets, performance and engagement. You'll embed best practices, streamline workflows, and develop tools that enhance accountability and operational excellence.This role offers genuine growth potential. We're looking for someone who can initially take ownership of day-to-day reporting, then evolve the role by proactively engaging with leaders to understand their needs and build new capabilities.
