Job Description As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring excellent customer service across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining the customer portfolio in SAP in close collaboration with Sales, Customers, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. Optimizing business processes such as campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Working closely with the Nordic Sales organization and acting as the link between the Nordic business and the Bosch Power Tools headquarters in Leinfelden. Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with SAP and Process Mining is an advantage. A genuine interest in technology and business systems, with a willingness to develop your expertise in ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and related systems. A customer-focused mindset combined with strong commercial awareness. Fluency in Danish is essential for this role. Proficiency in other Nordic languages will be considered a strong asset.
