We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and creating memorable first impressions. Additional responsibilities include:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure they feel welcomed and directed to the right place.
- Maintain Front Desk Excellence: Keep the front desk area organized and spotless, creating a positive environment for everyone.
- Event Assistance: Play a key role in organizing client events, internal office events, and project celebration
- Handle Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and schedule pickups for mail and packages with precision.
- Visitor Management: Keep track of visitor logs, issue badges, and notify team members of their visitor’s arrival..
- Customer Service: Provide stellar customer service, building strong partnerships with internal clients.
- Facilities Liaison: Assist with projects and administrative tasks, supporting our Facilities team.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with various departments to achieve shared business goals.
- Engage & Connect: Actively reach out and connect with departments and regions to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Support Business Operations: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, manage, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, contributing to smooth business operations.
