EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Desired Experience: 7+ Years in a related position
• Desired Education: Baccalaureate degree in a logistics, business, management, or technical field

• Reviews complex aspects of organizations operations for the purpose of improving operational processes to better serve customers and to make the organization operations more efficient
• Supports efforts to manages quality, costs and the efficiency of the organization
• Analyzes how information is recorded and communicated and how the process can be improved
• Evaluates corporate operations to ensure that they are in compliance with rules and regulations
• Recommends process improvements for complex operating processes and procedures
• Provides support for oversight of project management in the organization
• Assists with financial reporting
• Conducts operational research
• Solves complex problems relating to the operation of the organization
• May lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is desired
