This Position reports to:
Region Managing Director - US LATAM
We’re hiring an Operations Systems Support Analyst to connect our technical environment with business operations through smart data analytics and process evaluation. This role supports decision-making for new or improved IS solutions, handles system data maintenance, and resolves hardware and network issues—all without writing a single line of code. If you’re analytical, solutions-oriented, and thrive in operational support, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Blue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) Experience or 2+ Years of DC Operational Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users by identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues.
  • Respond to incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Systems Level 1 ops support.
  • Subject matter experts of operational systems including but not limited to MARC, Blue Yonder suite
  • Identify, propose, advise process improvements and IS solutions/services,
  • Sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements.
  • Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross functional processes.
  • Execute all assign task in accordance with IS and operational processes according to the agreed RACIS specification.
  • Ability to navigate across all processes within the distribution network.
  • Provide Operations support by troubleshooting, data maintenance and submission of IT request.
  • Partner with internal and external providers to support system optimization.
  • Working closely with operations and coordination with network support to update and maintain systems hardware (defined as RF guns, tablets, printers).
  • Validate Data Maintenance changes before moving to Production.
