Read on if you > Have experience in business development or project management > Enjoy driving commercial innovation and working collaboratively across teams The Team Join our Business Optimisation team, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating new business initiatives linked to our 5 Year Plan. You will work closely with various functions to accelerate revenue growth from the Business passenger segment and enhance our overall business proposition. The Role As the Business Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for: > Leading and coordinating initiatives that drive SME growth and commercial innovation > Developing robust business cases backed by data analysis and market insights > Maintaining a central roadmap of initiatives and ensuring delivery against milestones > Partnering with teams across Commercial, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with strategy > Crafting compelling narratives and updates for senior stakeholders > Supporting the adoption of new tools and processes across sales and commercial teams > Managing Salesforce administration and overseeing ERES Configuration Utility > Maintaining the Business Library with product materials and process documentation What we’re looking for > Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and SME needs > Proven experience in business case development and cross-functional collaboration > Excellent narrative and communication skills to bring strategy to life > Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools > Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives > Experience in change management and training/coaching sales teams > Highly organised with attention to detail and a confident communicator What you’ll get in return > Competitive base salary > Up to 20%25 bonus > 25 days holiday > BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes > 5%25 pension > Life Assurance > Flexible benefits package including holiday days purchase > Excellent staff travel benefits Practicalities At easyJet we work Hybrid with 60%25 of your time spent with your team at our Luton Headquarters.
