- Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-platform communications campaigns, working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams. - Support the development of presentations, executive summaries, and campaign status updates for internal stakeholders. - Help manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Contribute to content planning and production, including drafting copy for internal channels and supporting ad hoc writing needs. - Track and report on campaign performance metrics, helping to prepare post-campaign analyses. - Maintain effective relationships with internal business partners, responding to requests and facilitating communication between teams. - Support process improvement initiatives and help document best practices for campaign management. - Provide project management assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation. - Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Director or senior team This Associate role is designed to provide foundational experience in communications and campaign management, with opportunities to learn from senior leaders and contribute to high-impact projects. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination (internships and relevant coursework may be considered). - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative. - Familiarity with digital content management systems, intranet platforms, or analytics tools is a plus. - Basic project management skills; experience supporting projects or campaigns preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines. - Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute to team success. - Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. - Adaptable and open to feedback; committed to continuous learning and professional growth. - Interest in process improvement and operational excellence. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 80000 and 125000 per year at the commencement of employment.
