Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Partner Management, you will be fully responsible for the relationship management of a portfolio of Network Partners (local insurers) located in different countries. This consists in an efficient execution and coordination of all relevant actions and goes together with maintaining and building up strong relations with those Partners as a basis for a successful cooperation. This also involves the contribution to strategic initiatives, events organization and projects related to the Swiss Life Network partners and its respective coordination with internal departments and stakeholders.
You will also support the Client Relationship Managers in their sales and prospecting activities by collecting data, implementing them in IT-systems and doing market researches. This also implies the subsequent processing, compilation and presentation of data extracts and information to the Management for further strategic and ad-hoc projects.
This position will be based in Luxembourg.

More specifically, the duties include the following:

  • Relationship management with Network Partners, specifically for the LATAM and Iberia regions
  • Coordination of sales activities and acquisition of market- and product knowledge and its internal communication
  • Know-how transfer from Swiss Life Network to the Network Partners
  • Providing insights to the Head of Partner Management for the Partners’ performance improvements in sales and non-sales activities
  • Developing and generating reports and analysis for various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring data-quality, making sure that the databases are up-to-date, and designing, implementing and monitoring respective measures

Your Profile

  • University degree or comparable, preferably in Business Administration / Communication or similar
  • Professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably Employee Benefits insurance industry, in an international environment is an asset
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Further languages, particularly Portuguese, are important assets
  • Strong interpersonal skills; feels comfortable to deal and build-up relationships with other people and organisations with different cultures and backgrounds
  • Enjoys working in a global, diverse and fast changing environment
  • Highly motivated team player to deliver results within short deadlines, able to handle deadlines and able to cope with challenging situations and business partners
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel, Access and BusinessObjects and data- and IT-affinity
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, result and performance-oriented working style
  • A sincere and credible personality who strives for innovative and professional solutions with a pragmatic approach
